When I plug my Galaxy A21s it doesn't show charging. When I connect another device with the same cable it shows charging. When I use another cable it doesn't show charging. What should I do?
Hi. Update: the problem is now solved. There was an app called 'Notisave' which had acces to all the notifications and was causing the problem. Thank you for your time.
Thanks for the reply. But after checking everything and putting the app in unrestricted mode. I'm still getting the same issue.By any chance do you know whom should I contacts to get thus issue fixed? Should I return the phone?
I've restarted it many times and it works after that. But then again after like some hours it stops charging. Also, I'm going to a repair shop to get it's charging port looked. Thanks!
