My s23 ultra after updating it to latest software 
I am facing screen recording issue when I play games on it and turn on screen recording the graphics of the game has been fluctuating 
And I tried everything i have turned off adaptive brightness and put it on safe mode and also decreased fps and graphics of the game then restarted my device but the result is the same no change at all. Before update it's absolutely fine 
Plessis resolve this issue as soon as possible
