Yesterday I have updated the phone after the update the phone has shown thin pink line on the left side of the screen and also that line is not visible on blacks but on other colors any suggestions and solutions. I have reached out to the customer care and they have not taken any liability and blamed me stating that it is something I have done

Thank you supporting me. I posted this on twitter as well still they have not taken any responsibility I guess as the brand is gaining name and growing faster it has stopped caring for their customer trust and loyalty. I have bought a samsung laptop pro model, we bought a samsung 20 for my mother few years ago, very recently I suggested my brother elder to buy s25 ultra and he bought it and my younger brother is also a samsung user, my cousins have also bought s25s and s24s after my suggestion and now if their update and service are causing problem what answer do I have if my people question me? And if samsung thinks all this info is **bleep** they can reach out and I can show the invoices for all the purchases

So you think that samsung promises 4 years of upgrade and forces us to change it is 2 years ? What kind logical reasoning is this and for you to comment like everyone has a plant that throws money everything we shake it why would I be willing to spend more on a device if it did not offer a safe and secure option. If not how is it good that any other Chinese **bleep**? That are way cheaper and give the same life expectancy!!!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
