I had the same issue with the customer support team, what i would suggest it reply on the latest samsung post telling your experience and also go to influencers of samsung profile page and reply on their first page as well
Exactly I feel like they do something like this on purpose so that customer who do not have strong voices can pay for repair or buy a new one same like apple but apple just slowed down over time did not damage the product
