Issue with my s23u after oneui 6.1

I am using gestures navigation and this white/red(for some apps) line appears at the bottom of apps while going to home screen just bought this phone 

Can anyone confirm if this is normal or there is a software/hardware issue?

Its there for almost every app but i get that like 2-3 times trying to figure out if its software or hardware problem

Check by changing theme if it makes any difference.

Follow these steps to Wipe cache partition

Turn off the device.
Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key .
When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device
