In the pictures you can see horizontal blurry lines is this normal or does my screen have an issue?

In the picture you can see the upper part of the display is blurry compared to the lower part is this any issue?

I use gpay and have set screen lock while opening the app but ones i unlock the app ysing my fingerprint it dosent lock again and shows a prompt saying lock skipped as you just unlocked your device any fix for this issue?

I get these line when i go to home using swipe gesture the faster i close the app the more noticeable it is Is this normal or does my device have an issue 

I am using gestures navigation and this white/red(for some apps) line appears at the bottom of apps while going to home screen just bought this phone Can anyone confirm if this is normal or there is a software/hardware issue?
