Green line issue after update to one ui 7

Dear care,

With regrate 2 days back i receive a update in my s22 ultra .Post doing that one vertical green line appress in the screen.

I visited to the care in lucknow the guy sitting agrees that the issue is not a hardware issue .

But denied to replace the screen as per screen replacement policy,reason behind as per him such replacement will be cover only if the phone have no scratches and dent.

Just want to ask a phone with 2 years of use might get scratches due to multiple reason,
And if the care person is himself saying that the issue happen due to software then why such policy for replacement.

Better will be you don't release such policy where we are marking such condition.

Even if i wish to replace by my own ,parts were not available. Even to evaluate the phone they charge a amout.

I was planning to buy s25 ultra but now coz of such responce from service centre, My faith on samsung is no more.

Yeah it may cause like that also, for my old M51 phone also after few days only issue started. U gave install after downloaded the package or u scheduled the time

I scheduled it no app open and i before the installation i make the temp area cold

Can't say my faith on sansung is over now i sold out my s25 ultra coz of the bitter experience.

Just want to ask you a question when your customer support himself is saying the green line is not coz of the small mark then why my replacement of screen is done free of cost.the line came post update. Is it my fault if the phone get and post that green line came .

If the issue happen coz of the update then who is responsible to get it correct

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
