Galaxy SPlease visit your nearest Samsung Official Service centre (recommendation: Higher level for faster resolution) along with proper documentations such as Purchase bill, Warranty card (in case you have) and the device packaging.
Note: The replacement would take some days or even months depending upon the severity of the issue. Externally damaged devices are not eligible for the replacement scheme.
(Strictly according to the service centre).
