Dear samsung ive been a victim toa  green line situation  also ive been a victem of green and white horizontal  line screen victem but i got that fixed by my ownself but now its to much after upgrading  or updating  my software  to 12 just 18 days ago and now this this why hepl us out with this am a student i have all my files info and stuff in here also been using samsung religiously and in my family every sing person owns a samsung phone so being a proud customer  to a sad and unhappy customer if am going to here this again like other that please take ur device to a nearby  samsung care or Cafe for a physical  inspection....
 SO i wont cause i HAVEN'T miss used it or had any DAMAGES. its just by updating to android 12 people are getting this greenline situation with us been pointed out for the damage happening in ur devices so i dont want to give a peny to replace my screen for so... 

 HEAR ME OUT GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO FIX IT CUZ I AM REALLY **bleep** SCARED AND THIS IS NOT JUST ANY OTHER PHONE ITS A BTS VERSION S20PLUS EDITION FOR ME ITS NOT JUST ABOUT THE PHONE BUT A LAST GIFT TO ME WHILE MY MOM WAS ALIVE SO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND HELP FOR HEAVENS SAKE THANKS....

Samsung is providing free display repairs for green/pink/white (basically whatever) line you have on your display. You can contact your nearest authorized service center to get the display replaced. But, the replacement will be not valid only if your display or device is severely damaged, and if your phone has suffered liquid damage. If your phone is fine otherwise, then your display will be replaced free of charge. Cheers!
