The fingerprint icon keeps turning on automatically when the screen is off, anyone else facing this issue?

Ya, after the latest update. I saw the same on my cousin device. Hard rest is only solution. He get rid of this problem but it heating like lawa.

Its not the fingerprint. Its the AOD turn on AOD it will start to flicker too. Factory reset is the solution.

I tired factory reset but it didn't work. Took my phone to the service centre and they changed the software and now the problem is gone

So, it was a software issue. My cousin S20Fe problem was solved but ya.. heating issue is something that we can't ignore.

Update. It came back once again. They had to replace the FP sensor entirely.

This issue is gone, but now the entire FP module doesn't work.

I don't know about that as he exchange his mobile with A52s. A52s is going far better then S20Fe.
