Hi 👋 I am texting from my new Samsung S24.

I have S20 FE 4g mobile and It is behaving weird since last week. It suddenly restarted and locked for 1440 minutes. There was no interface for pattern unlock and fingerprint wasn't working either. Only text was shown is "Try again in 1440 minutes". After 1440 minutes again I am facing same issue.

So, I couldn’t use my phone at all. I have tried many things, restarted in safe mode but couldn't unlock the phone.

Then I waited for 24 hours and it is showing again 1440 minutes message.

I am not able to recover anything.

Is there a way to recover data.

Not sure how to do this, I could not see any option, I tried via power and volume button but not reaching there. Is there any sequence to reach at that point?

To perform a forced restart, see below my comment. You can also recover your's data from this device to your's new S24 Ultra device through smart switch .

To perform a forced restart. Press and hold the Side key and the Volume Up key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart device. Release the buttons when your's device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Note. On some devices, you can use the Volume Down and Side key or Power button to perform a forced restart.
