Hi,

My S20 FE is not accepting correct PIN while unlocking and I'm completely locked out. I have been using the same PIN for about 2 years, and I haven't changed it recently since I always use fingerprint to unlock. Recently I updated my device and unlocked using the same PIN after restart but now it is not accepting.

I'm bummed to see this kind of glitch on Samsung Device, atleast there should be Forgot Password and login with Samsung ID or Google ID to recover.

I tried Find my device to unlock the device, but it seems that remote unlock is not turned on, on my device.

I wiped the Cache partition, restarted and tried the PIN but still didn't work.

I have a year of Photos and Videos stored in that device, don't want to Factory data reset it.

Please help me with this issue if anyone had faced similar issue.

Even after factory reset, I think you will get the option to have all the files available previously while setting up the device.

If you are using screen protection like film/glass, chances are that have a problem. Try removing the film/glass and using the pin.

If this is helpful, mark this answer as a solution.

I asked the authorized service centers but they don't have any tools, and has factory data reset as the only solution
