Final Update : Green Line Issue in Samsung Galaxy S22 after software update

Greetings community members,

I am happy to inform you all that I have received free screen replacement from Samsung for my green line issue in Galaxy S22.

I escalated the case by using mail to CEO feature in thier website, although the first call wasn't effective further escalation of the case turned to be fruitful.

The Costomer Experience Manager was very cooperative and acknowledged my issue on Tuesday 5th Nov, instructed me to leave my phone at the service centre.

I got my display replacement today and had to pay only ₹649/- as service charges.

I would also like to thank the CEO team and Service centre for helping me out.

Thank you all for supporting me.

Hi, how can I obtain a service request number? Do I need to visit the service center to get one before reaching out to the CEO?

I filed a job sheet for my Samsung device, only to receive a call from an incredibly arrogant representative. They outright refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed that software updates never cause green line problems. Instead, I was instructed to submit my phone to a service center for diagnosis, which could take over a week. Even after the diagnosis, there were no clear next steps—it's uncertain whether I'd even get a free replacement, regardless of internal damage. Extremely disappointed with Samsung's poor service.
