Final Update : Green Line Issue in Samsung Galaxy S22 after software update

Greetings community members,

I am happy to inform you all that I have received free screen replacement from Samsung for my green line issue in Galaxy S22.

I escalated the case by using mail to CEO feature in thier website, although the first call wasn't effective further escalation of the case turned to be fruitful.

The Costomer Experience Manager was very cooperative and acknowledged my issue on Tuesday 5th Nov, instructed me to leave my phone at the service centre.

I got my display replacement today and had to pay only ₹649/- as service charges.

I would also like to thank the CEO team and Service centre for helping me out.

Thank you all for supporting me.

Can you please guide me what procedure you have followed because I got the same green line issue yesterday om s22 and when I check with support they are not allowing free replacement

You have to use mail to CEO option and share your concern briefly from this link

The very next day you will get a call and a mail. Elaborate your issue in detail and ask them for replacement.

The final bench is very cooperative and will address your issue for sure.
