Dear Samsung Support Team,

I’m experiencing a strange charging issue on my Galaxy S24 Ultra that started only after the One UI 7 update.

Whenever my battery level drops below 20%, and I plug in the charger (whether the phone is ON or OFF), the charging process automatically disconnects and reconnects repeatedly a few times before stabilizing. This does not happen above 20%, and I have confirmed this behavior across multiple charging cables and adapters, including the original Samsung ones.

I have already:

  • Tested with different chargers and cables

  • Charged with the phone powered off

  • Updated to the latest firmware available

  • Cleaned the charging port

Despite all that, the issue consistently occurs only below 20%, suggesting it may be linked to a software or firmware bug introduced in One UI 7.

Please advise if this is a known issue, and if a fix is being planned or available. I’d be happy to provide logs or run diagnostics if needed.
