Galaxy SMy case is - I've got this pink line issue today which is exactly 3 years 18 day from the date my purchase. So when I connected with customer care and service center they are saying that to change the display I will be charged around 19k.
How Can I be charged for the mistake that I have not done?
Doesn't it look Unfair?
I've been using Samsung mobiles from past 9 years and build my whole ecosystem in here but this is what Samsung is doing to the loyal customers.
It's very unfortunate that despite spending awful lot of money on a flagship you are getting this basic issues. Known for its displays but sustainability is becoming an issue. Will raise this issue to consumer court and will sue the company if you don't give free of cost repair.
