Finally after >6weeks I got my phone S21FE E2100 back with its display replaced. I paid around 502INR which was labour + taxes
Only the display was replaced, battery was not replaced as no company policy a/c to service centre. Also they didn't give any warranty on the new display & if it occurs again I have to bear the charges.
I hope Samsung being the largest phone manufacturer of India (& world) should give better service support to it's customers, even more so for S-series & S21FE being sold healthy number (esp at discounted price), they should have more spare parts in availability.
Samsung you have been given a golden chance to keep up your lead with people trusting & buying over-priced products but they do need good service value too, else you will loose even more market share with OnePlus/iqoo eating your share (& Google & Apple in the premium segment).
