Display Green Line issue

I submitted my phone to the authorized service center for display replacement after it started showing green lines following the recent software update. It has now been over 20 days since I handed over the device, yet I have not received it back. Despite repeatedly contacting customer support and the service center, I have only been told to wait without any clear timeline or resolution. This delay is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that the issue originated after an official Samsung update. I had chosen Samsung with the expectation of reliable support and service, but this experience is far from satisfactory. 

I kindly request: 
1. An immediate update on the repair status of my phone. 
2. A clear timeline for when the device will be returned. 
3. If the delay continues, a suitable alternative resolution such as a replacement device. 
I sincerely hope Samsung will address this matter promptly and ensure better handling of customer service issues going forward. Looking forward to your urgent response.

For me it took more tha 1.5 months.
