Is there any option to disable power off option from being accessed when the phone is locked?

Yes, it is. It will also prevent from turning off location and mobile data when locked without authentication.

Hi❗, please take in mind that even with this option enabled, there's a way to reset the device by hardware for example by pressing volume down and power for some seconds, or even with the USB slot, sending a certain voltage. it's an emergency mode to disconnect device from battery for a second.

There is a very nice app, lockIO, which prevents Power off, Restart or Safe mode without a password! You can find it in Google Play ( I'm just a satisfied customer ).

Update: It works on my A71, but you cannot install it on a S10, for instance. I don't know about newer "S" models compatibility.

Hello...i had done what u say...but its switch off when i press home button and did not asked any password...but after restart phone asked the password

This won't work on the s23, what you can do is change the side key function from power menu to Bixby which will prevent access when the screen is locked
