How to disable Power off or restart on lock screen

Recently I have lost my phone in travel but tracked the location retrieved back. Thanks to find my phone. Since my phone was locked the theif not able to switch off the phone as he need to unlock the phone to switch off it where he is not able to use the switch off option from quick panel (thanks to samsung UI). So I have tracked using the offline location since the location was on too from the find my phone. But now after One ui 7 update the power off or restart options were directly available in the dispaly drop down where someone can directly switch off by pulling down the quick panel. How samsung come up with this option I didn't understand similar to andriod UI. Someone please help me how can I stop the quick panel option on the lock screen.

Already i have kept this option but this is working only for wifi and mobile data not for Power off or restart. Where samsung given this option for the tracking of phone when lost and how they missed now to give the same option switch off or restart.

Yes I too am looking for the solution, its fatal in case of phone getting stolen. Previously j disabled this but with one ui 7 it shows power off on the lock screen.
