1. I think that there's no need of volume bar below brightness bar in quick settings panel as you already have a volume panel via hardware buttons.
2. Also there should be option to hide media tiles and other 2 tiles in quick setting panels.
3. Also on quick settings panel, if you reduce no. Of icons such that the entire expanded panel fits in screen and doesnt need to be scrolled, you still have to swipe up twice to minimize the expanded panel, which ideally should have been 1 swipe only.

4. Also in my experience, the recent apps list in previous version of one ui didnt had items tilted which allowed to quickly go through previously opened apps as you were able to see information quicker(in one ui7, tile overlaps with another hiding info about prev app hence its slow for review). Suggestion: may be we can shift the app icon top left side of its tile

5. power savings should have an option whether to disable 5g when power saving mode is on

1. Option to set max charge percentage for Battery.
2. Option of opening videos in video player from gallery
3. Modes and routines
4. Flexibility in choosing quick panel layout, you can have previous as we all as new
5 similar flexibility for apps layout of home screen and app screen layout
