Disable power off option

Is there any option to disable power off option from being accessed when the phone is locked?

Settings >Lock screen >Secure lock settings > Lock network and security.
Enable it and device will asks pin/password to switch off, restart etc when phone is locked.

I tried this on my S21 Ultra. It did not work. It doesn't allow the disable or enable of wifi and data but still allows me to turn off the phone. Whats the point? If someone steals my phone they can just turn it off until they're in a secure place or have already removed the sim... 

There has to be a way...

Are you sure you have tried it after locking the device?
It is asking for pin on my A52.

You should disable turn off your mobile from the side button and make it only through the notification center

I dont think it works with Samsung A20s

It was on my A22 back then but not on A23
