Concern about Screen Replacement for green line issue

Hello Guys! Iam a User of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G mobile. 2 days ago, while using my mobile, a green line has been appeared on my phone screen. So, when I've checked about the issue, I've seen that the samsung company officially announced free screen replacement for green line on phone for few S series users. So I went to the store for replacement. But, they are saying that the screen has to be replaced, and it costs around 14000.
I've asked for the free replacement, but they mentioned that it isn't applicable for S21 FE model phones.

I hereby, raise a complaint to the official Samsung community, claiming that, they should provide free replacement for even S21 FE users also. As I got this issue without any self damage, it's the responsibility if the respective community to consider this.
If free replacement is applicable for other models, then it should be provided for S21 FE model also.

Hence, I sincerely request the concerned authority to check through my concern and take the necessary action.

Ask again and again about your query on WhatsApp or by contact to samsung helpline and u got ref/ ticket number just gave them and ask about further details

Same here I am also facing same issue. When I contacted samsung customer care they told me that, the phone is out of warranty according to samsung policy you have replace your display by paying 13k. Which, I don't think justify this. Even we are paying labor charges of flagship models then why S21fe is not there in S series screen replacement policy. I think we need to raise complain about this.

Exactly bro! Yesterday when the customer care called me, they were again saying the same, to pay the charges for repair and they were justifying themselves. So, I've raised a lot on them and lastly they said that they'll connect to the main team and take a decision within 24 hours.

Bro don't leave them.. try raising the complaint as much as possible instead of compromising.

Yes bro..They keep saying that there supervisor will call but they dont .. leave a message in there twitter account and also mail them.
