I bought the s22 ultra on the day of release. I have used my mobile so carefully. There is no single scratch on it.
Previous week suddenly the display issue came after update. When i read about it online i found its a hardware issue from samsung and they are offering free screen replacement till sept 2025. When i visited service center these guys are asking 23k for replacement as my device was bought more than 3 years back.
When i spoke with custome care they did not provide any resolution.
Service center guys was asking 100 rs for job sheet and to wait for 3 hours.
Is this type of service you provide to customer who are buying flagship devices?
I am a loyal customer since 2012. I have used s2, s5, s8 before this. Never faced this type of issue.
Now i am looking for another brand who can atleast value the customers
Any suggestion are welcome.

Same issue, recently my display started malfunctioning on S22 ultra. After switching to lower refresh rate, the bright light on the screen is gone but the color issue continues. Service center asked 23k for replacement.

What are your thoughts. I read that issue will come once again in a year or so. The exchange rate is 25k for s22 ultra, so why should we pay 23k for screen replacement
