Galaxy S1. **Forget and Reconnect:** Forget the Bluetooth device in your phone settings, then reconnect it.
2. **Clear Bluetooth Cache:** Go to your phone's settings, find the Bluetooth app, and clear its cache.
3. **Update Apps:** Ensure that all relevant apps, including the one you use for audio, are updated to the latest version.
4. **Factory Reset Bluetooth Settings:** Instead of resetting all phone settings, try resetting only the Bluetooth settings.
5. **Check for System Updates:** Make sure your phone's software is up-to-date. Sometimes, manufacturers release patches to fix such issues.
6. **Contact Manufacturer Support:** Reach out to Samsung support for assistance. They may provide specific solutions or be aware of any ongoing issues.
If other users are experiencing similar problems, checking online forums or community discussions might provide additional insights or solutions tailored to your device model and software version.

Galaxy SSamsung support is the worst. The pretty much til you the same basic troubleshooting and then suggest you go to a repair facility. Speaking to them over the phone is impossible to understand anything they are saying.

Galaxy SCheck App Permissions:
Ensure that the apps you're trying to play audio from have the necessary permissions, including Bluetooth access.
Update Apps:
Ensure that the apps, as well as your device's firmware, are up to date. App developers may release updates to address compatibility issues.
Wipe Cache Partition:
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the volume up button + power button until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and press the power button to select it.
Reboot the device.
Safe Mode:
Restart your device in safe mode to check if the Bluetooth issue persists. If it doesn't, a third-party app may be causing the problem.
Factory Reset (Caution: Data Loss):
If all else fails, you may consider a factory reset, but be aware that this will erase all data on your device. Remember to back up your data before proceeding.

Galaxy SI'm having the same issue on my galaxy fold 5 . My bluetooth or wifi won't even turn on. I also to it to a samsung repair facility where there did all the troubleshooting and a factory reset and it still doesn't work.
