Newly purchased Bluetooth earnuds not showing on my available device list

Kindly first, make sure the devices are within 30 feet away from the Bluetooth device and it is in pairing mode. And check if you have updated the phone by going to Setting > update the system > install and update.
Kindly try the following steps as well:
-Go to Settings and head over to Application Manager in the options.
-Swipe right to display all the tabs.
-Locate the Bluetooth tab and tap on it to select the force stop option.
-Now tap on Clear Cache and then Clear Data.
-When prompted 'OK' tap on it.
From the Bluetooth settings menu, tap Scan, and then select your desired Bluetooth device from the list of available devices. Follow the prompts to complete the pairing.
- Head to settings>>general management>>reset>>reset phone settings. You won't lose data; you'll just have to set up all your settings again, including customization.
