@Shinchannohara1994..I agree that this is the Agreement between Google Vs Others...But there are Certain Manufacturers who are Offering Three Years Major Update Policy, Like OnePlus....though it is Customised Version of Android OS but still it is Developed on Android OS..So Impossible is nothing for Future but they won't implement it from past if they changes the policy....

No. Note 8 and S8 series will not get Android 10 or One Ui 2.0 as they have already received 2 major updates as per Samsung Update Policy
