I submitted my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (Model: SM-N986BZNGINS) to the service center for a battery replacement due to quick discharge.

After the replacement, the service team told me that the motherboard/network pin was damaged and asked for a costly motherboard replacement. Since this issue never existed before, I refused the repair and took my device back with only the new battery installed.

Now, after the service, I am facing a new and serious issue:

Very low network signal / “No Service” most of the time

Problem started only after service
Service on 29 September

I already tried restart, software update, reset network settings, and even another SIM — nothing works

This clearly shows the issue occurred during the service handling process. My phone was perfectly fine (except battery) before I gave it to Samsung, and now it is nearly unusable for calls and data.

Samsung must take responsibility and provide a resolution without additional charges.

I trusted Samsung for quality service, but this experience is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this matter urgently.
