I don't know why I am the only one my phone becomes unresponsive laggy while charging  is that normal

Its not an issue with earthing at all, because the charger is not connected to earth in the first place. I have experienced this even with powerbanks and I have experienced this wherever I ahve travelled with my charger, so its not possible that the earthing is at fault.

Well, for me it doesn't happen with power bank. and it doesn't happen in other people's home, with the same charger and cable.
I can feel the earthing current on the metal parts of the phones while charging.

That is due to leakage and not earthing issue, earthing is not necessary in mobile chargers but agar charger mei earthing hota, toh yeh current feel nahi hota, its a leakage and not earthing issue.

I too had this problem. The problem is with the charger brick. Contact service center and replace the brick. It'll solve the problem forever.

okay mate thanks I switched to adaptive fast charger of 15 watt and problem got solved...!!!

Yup, this would solve the issue but you'll get slower charging speeds than compared to a 25W bricks.
Anyways, the problem is sorted as of now, so cheers.
You can always visit the service center and get the charger replaced (if in warranty) or get a new one if you want more faster charging speeds :)

I went there they said its working fine, they tested the charger they said its working well and there are bunch of brainless people they said will format your phone and there is software problem... so no point in arguing

Oh! Sorry to hear that mate. This should not be the experience you should be getting with Samsung Service Centers. Anyways, Noting could be done I guess now coz they won't replace :(
You should stick to the 15W charger as of now and maybe buy a new 25W one in the future (if needed).

Oh Man! Exactly my situation. Mine was also just 5-10 days old when I had this problem.
I guess bro Samsung has this policy that if within 15 days if you have an issue they could replace that.
I would suggest talk to your retailer from where you purchased the phone. (Just give it a try).
In my case the service center examined and agreed that it was a defect in the charger from 1st day itself (May be a manufacturing defect).
