So here I'm with my new note 10 lite just received it a few days back,was excited to use my new samsung product and the s-pen experiences.
But now I'm facing the heating issues 😩, I'm not playing any games in my phone nor using any 3rd party apps,still the phone is heating up, when I'm using YouTube, Instagram, even when I'm typing this😅
I went through the samsung members app community posts did see that most of the new samsung phones had the same issues even the new note 20 series and the M series.
Many answers from expert level users states that samsung will fix this in their new update(this heating started after the August patch update)
And for me I need this phone for more than 3 years, need to complete my medical course ..I can't afford buying a new phone every year...the reason why I opted for samsung
So I'm humbly asking samsung to look into my issues, cause' I'm desperate...even the internet shows the same answers
Please do help us...please if anyone reading this post convince me that they will fix this issue in next update
》 Firstly Its normal for your Note10lite to get warm.
》 If your Galaxy phone gets unusually hot in Normal use, it might be caused by corrupted software or data. Try Following Steps to fix the issue..
*Restart your device Once in a while. It cleans Temporary Cached Memory.
*Wipe Cache Partition. A) Turn off the device. B) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the side button. C) When the Android logo displays, release all three keys. D) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition". E) Press Power key to select.When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System. F) Press the Power key to restart the device.
This steps cleans Cache Partition which is stored in your device.
*Update Your Apps in Playstore and Keep your system Up To Date.
*Reset App Preferences. Settings 》 Apps 》 Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences. This Helps, if any 3rd party apps are troubling the device by clearing its default permissions.
*Factory Data Reset. This makes Your device completely New and erases all Locally stored data in your device. So don't forget to Take backup before you Reset your Device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
I have the same issue with this phone Note 10lite. It heats up with just opening one application I can't even hold the phone because of the heat it generates I am very very disappointed with this phone as I had spent 35000 rupees, the costliest phone that I have ever bought can somebody please help me.
umm..yeah I too face it when it was brand new ..but now my phone is handling everything easily no heating up ...its smooth...it'll get better wait for some time...xD
nothing different...it gets solved automatically..just use it as a normal phone..in 2-3weeks it'll be all normal...with the new one ui 3.0 it's more faster now
