Try saving the file on device and then open it

Whatsapp document files are not opening in samsung galaxy note 10plus 

Am getting the "try saving the file on device and then open it" while opening the pdf files, photos and videos are opening. 

Any suggestions

That means you are not downloading the pdf files or while downloading the pdf file it may be broken
These are the reasons for that

Hey try to reset the app preferences if it doesn't work backup your data
And try to reset
