fingerprint sensor stopped working

Suddenly  two days ago my Note9's fingerprint  stopped working  , I had not installed any new apps in two days so I tried resetting  the phones settings  but it didn't  work then I  performed  a reset and the fingerprint  sensor  starting working again but after restored backup  it stopped working again . I also check sensor by #*0*# and performing  normal scan then in the results everything  passed except for reset test .

Phone does not show any error it just stopped  working  .

Please advise  what I should do?

couldn't find that option , is that something that's available after developer option?

u can find in biometric and fingerprint settings
