charging problem in my galaxy note 9

Charging got stuck at some point... nd thn charging not proceed further but charging got strt reversing.. is there anybody else who have same problem in their galaxy Note 9... please help if someone has solution for this query..

If its because of heat issue you can remove case before charging. You can also reset phone because there me be some junk files and background processes running. When this Lockdown ends visit service center. I haven't seen this in my Note 9 and I live in Rajasthan where temperature goes around 48° C but lets see its first summer for my phone.

its working fine now... fast charging working well as before... actually may be this cause due to overheating nd temperature... but now its working fine.. thnku guys for ur support... love you all

Try to avoid charging for long time, specifically when it's really hot at noon.
You can reduce overheating by removing case while charging for better heat dissipation.
And do not charge your phone all the way up to 100% from 0 or 5%.
It is highly recommended that charge your phone whenever you can for shorter period of time.
It will prevent overheating & battery life too.

  1. Charge the device: Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition
  2. On Home screen, launch the Settings → Device care → Battery → more option → Settings → Activate Fast cable charging option.
