I don't know what's going on with Samsung Galaxy devices, I'm facing several problems with my Note 20. Somedays it keeps showing that there has water droplet on charging pprt then doesn't allow to be charger. 2 or more time I've experienced a problem in which it keeps getting turned off even here also without any reason. Again, I've experienced another thing which is maybe worse. This phone without any cause also seems to be like dead. It doesn't work, doesn't response. What is going on!
You may need to visit the service center. As issues that you facing seems to be hardware related. But would strongly advise you to do a hard reset before going to service center.
Actually, I would. But a problem is that this phone never encountered any type of damage externally, and other times, it works completely fine. So, more or less, it seems to be a software problem.
