My Note 4 works OK from 100% charge to about 36 to 40% battery level. Then it suddenly crashes to 0% and switches off. I have bought a new, original battery from the Samsung dealer. It's the same. There are 3 of us with the same problem in our office. Any solutions. All updates in place. Also shown to the company service agent. No help. Do give an authentic solution.
