I got the new ubdate but it lagging my system and drain battery fast and heating and sometimes 
It unable to touch

Same problem with my wife note 20 phone i reset the phone and cleared cach and at last removed the new UV screen protector and tried increasing toch sensitive but still lagging and touch sometimes stops working

We are sorry for this inconvenience, kindly try to Clear Cache for the whole device, by noting that no data will be deleted, following the below steps:

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.

4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".

5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.

6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

And kindly try to visit Samsung members application, then get help, and go to diagnostic, to check the Battery health status, or you may go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Diagnostics > Battery health status.

Then try to go to Settings-Device care-Click Optimize now-Then tap on the three dots-Automation- Auto optimize daily. After that Soft reset the device.
