Hi Members!
I am facing a really bad battery drain all of a sudden. Please refer to the screenshot and help me out. I am using my Note20 Ultra 5G for the past 2 years and its been really good on battery and performance.

This battery drain caused by Media app started from last 2 weeks. I have to charge my phone 2 to 3 times a day. Before this, I only charged once a day and I ended the day with atleast 20% juice left.

I have tried to delete all the new apps that I installed in the past few days, wiped cache partition atleast 2 times but still no luck.

Go for samsung service to check your battery and I think it's need for replacement

You can do a small test.

From settings/apps, tap on the sort icon (next to your apps) and enable show system apps option. Now scroll down to Media app.
Tap Media, then battery and select restricted option.

Monitor few days to see how it goes.

I can see even WhatsApp is using more memory.

You can even try save media of WhatsApp settings as well.

No luck. Instead, in the morning my alarm doesn't ring anymore. I guess the Media app controls the alarm tone.
