Note 10 plus is now an old device so dont expect one ui 4 update this year. It will come next year only by January February.

1st samsung Will give update to its latest flagships then to its predecessors ..

Samsung is the 2nd mobile brand pushing Android 12 update I guess so how can you say that it's too late?!?!? There's no other brand other than Google's own Pixel that are providing Android 12 update.

Anyways you'll get that in January 2022
