Whatsapp Camera Flash Issue

Anyone facing an issue with the camera flash while using whatsapp?
It flashes normally, but the picture is taken after it goes off, as if it never flashed. Happened recently and 2 updates later the problem remains.

i already reported my s9+, they send reply that its whatsapp issue, not samsung's issue.

i tested with note 9.. flash and no flash provides expected result.. can u check your flash is set on or in auto.. if auto, flash may not work because of the light environment

Flash works, picture is being captured AFTER it turns off, as i explained, not while it's on.

After taking the photo its turned off automatically
