yes because wallet of samsung is not launcher there in ksa so the software will not come with such app.. usually if the country is supported, the samsung wallet is pre installed

Samsung pay or samsung wallet allows you to gain points. At the moment, you can redeem them by using the points through Samsung online store. Just make sure you log in with the same Samsung account.

I doubt if your phone is from KSA that by default you will have the Samsung Wallet app. S-wallet is not launched yet in KSA.. Just try the Google pay app as alternative.
