Still got no update on my Galaxy Note 20.

Still my Galaxy Note 20 is on Security patch update of 1st July 2020. And till now didn't got OneUi 13 update, when everyone else got the update. Such a disappointed with Samsung. 😕

That seems to be an issue of your device because Note 20 got update about 2 months back. At this point of time budget phones are getting update. Almost all other models already got it.

Nope, it's not an issue with the device it's the issue with the last patch of July 22 I guess as every Indian Note 20 user has been facing the same issue (I was facing the same until I updated mine through SmartSwitch) as they are not getting Android 13 OTA. The same applies to the monthly security patch which was last received on July 22. I just got the November security patch a while ago.

No, it's not. The Note 20 Ultra is getting regular security updates and Android 13 has also been received in November as per Samsung's schedule and that is what it makes strange for the Note 20.

Just install Smart Switch software (https://www.samsung.com/in/apps/smart-switch/) on your PC/Laptop and connect your device to the system just open it up and you'll find the update there. I would recommend you to use the original Samsung cable to avoid update failure and your internet connection must be constant with a high speed as updating your device through this method may take around 8-9 gigs of data. Also, make sure to get a backup of your device before you update the same in case of any issue occurs.
