I don't think so. Indian variant comes with Exynos chipset which doesn't support 5G. Whereas, in other regions, the model comes with SD 865+ which does support the 5G.
No, it's not. The Note 20 Ultra is getting regular security updates and Android 13 has also been received in November as per Samsung's schedule and that is what it makes strange for the Note 20.
