Software /Battery problem

My other Samsung Glaxy Note 9 having problem since today Sept 5 that is automatically shutting down and opening automatically .

It's also getting hot if charge 

Please advise.

Glaxy Not 9 power off and power on within a minute can't understand it's Software or Battery problem can some help me.
