After update my screen is fluctuating.please help me to fix this issue on priority

I went they are telling to change my screen it OLED ISSUE

same problem in my galaxy note 9 horizontal line and Discoloration

If still under warranty they will replace the screen, otherwise use Oled Saver app from playstore
