I had the same problem a couple of months ago. I think it's because of the Android 10 update and the service centre people had me the screen replaced at Rs. 17000. This is just sad.

so after replacing the screen, the phone was all good? did the phone fall or any physical damage? what was the diagnosis of the service center?
