S pen doesn't work at the bottom of screen while using full screen gestures

My device is Note 10 and I'm having an issue with the s pen while using full screen gestures.. when i tap the screen with s pen at the bottom of the screen, it doesn't make any impact on the screen but the screen is responsive if I'm using my finger.. but it works fine while navigation bar is turned on... for better understanding please refer the video...

sorry for that, the screen off memo page has few options at the bottom, i was trying to change the pen style, undo/redo with my s pen while full screen gestures is on.. (you can see the pointer of s pen at the bottom) but I'm unable to change/select any options with s pen and it works fine with my fingertips.. there's no such an issue if the navigation bar is turned on...

Maybe that's a software glitch....

Sorry, but I cannot provide and solution to that other than asking you to turn on navigation bar. Maybe that occurs so that you cannot accidentally go back with the S pen. But I don't know anything of this case....this is my first time seeing something like this.

Go to Settings } Display } Navigation Bar , and turn off "Block gesture with S Pen".

are you having problem with your spen? that it is not working on the bottom part of the screen?
