Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Touch screen).
2- Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the Air actions setting screen and tap on 3 dots → Reset S Pen.
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
