Phone Heating issue

I have Samsung Galaxy Note20, 256GB and I have a major handset heating issue, battery gets drained fast and recently post software update, I lost all my saved contact details...

This is the most failure product of Samsung so far....

You should visit the Samsung service center and get it checked. I own a Note 20 Ultra and faced a similar issue when I bought it but post-checked by the service center it was working well. Updated the device 2 to 3 weeks back and it's a great update with no major issues. Also, heating issue is not much

App optimisation and updating all available apps and themes on all stores, along with cache clean will help you. Give it a try! Hope this helps...
