Backing up secure folder is no longer possible on cloud. You'll have to back it up to a flash drive using Smart Switch. If you want to back up just the files, you can install OneDrive or Google Drive and manually back up select folders.
If Good Lock is not available on Galaxy Store in your country, search Google for an app called Fine Lock and use it to download Good Lock, Good Guardian, and all their modules.
