use your hair dryer to dry your charging port. Then check again. Also use a old tooth brush to clean your usb charging port.

if hair dryer and all kind of drying stuff wont work it means there's issue with software in usb inlet wait for softwate update.. it will be done..

It comes when the phone is wet...shake to take off moisture and let it dry for few hours...its not a problem

take it to service center as this problem also ocuured in my galaxy s7 i have tried all tbe methods but nothing worked finally have to go to service center

I'm using Note9. I wash it occasionally. It happened to me too no. of times. It's perfectly fine. You just need to shake your mobile phone or can use hair drier to dry the charging port as said above.
Or you can wait for about half an hour this dialogue will automatically go off. Then you can charge. Not a problem. ✌
